Kontan.co.id reported that 48.5 percent of the funds gained from the offering would be allocated to develop Metropolitan Mall, 52.5 percent for the construction of apartments, and the rest for the opening of an extension to the Horison Bekasi Hotel.
Underwriters for the IPO are Danareksa Sekuritas and PT DBS Vickers.
